Watches may contain manufacturer replacement service parts installed during authorised servicing.

Product condition classifications may include: Pre-Owned – Brand New or Pre-Owned – Used Condition. The condition of each watch shall be disclosed on the relevant product page or invoice where applicable.

Accessories, packaging, certificates, straps, manuals, or additional items may vary depending on availability and original set configuration unless specifically stated in writing.

3. Pricing & Market Availability

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, supplier pricing changes, international watch market volatility, exchange rate variations, and availability limitations.

The listing of any product or price does not constitute a legally binding offer. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, revise pricing, correct errors, withdraw products, or decline transactions, including after an order or payment has been submitted.

4. Deposits, Advance Payments & Special Orders

Advance payments or deposits may be required to secure specific watches, special orders, sourced inventory, or reserved pieces.

Where a customer voluntarily cancels an order after sourcing, reservation, procurement, or supplier commitment has commenced, the Company reserves the right to deduct payment gateway charges, banking charges, currency conversion losses, supplier-related losses, and administrative expenses.

Where the Company is unable to supply the watch due to supplier withdrawal, non-availability, discontinuation, or pricing changes beyond reasonable control, the Company’s liability shall be limited solely to refunding the amount received from the customer.

No additional compensation, market difference claims, damages, or loss of opportunity claims shall apply.

5. Payment Terms & Fraud Prevention

The Company reserves the right to request government-issued identification, proof of address, payment verification, cardholder verification, and additional KYC documentation prior to processing or releasing any order. The cardholder name must match the provided identification document and payment method.

Invoices shall only be issued in the name of the person or entity making the payment unless otherwise approved by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, delay, suspend, or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorised payment activity, suspicious conduct, money laundering risks, chargeback abuse, or resale misconduct.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
