Shipping Policy

Luxury Souq Watches Trading (“Luxury Souq”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides worldwide shipping where legally permitted and operationally available.

By placing an order with Luxury Souq Watches Trading, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Availability

Shipping availability may vary depending on destination country, customs regulations, carrier restrictions, insurance limitations, sanctions or trade restrictions, and operational feasibility. Luxury Souq Watches Trading reserves the right to refuse, delay, suspend, or cancel shipments to any location at its sole discretion.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped through insured courier services, third-party logistics providers, armoured transport providers, personal delivery networks, direct hand-delivery arrangements, or specialised luxury logistics services. The Company reserves the right to select the shipping method most appropriate for the transaction.

3. Delivery Timelines

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Luxury Souq Watches Trading shall not be liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, flight delays, weather conditions, force majeure events, operational limitations, governmental actions, or destination-country procedures.

4. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss, theft, damage, or delay transfers to the customer immediately upon confirmed delivery, signed acceptance, courier confirmation, successful handover, delivery to the provided address, or collection by the customer or customer representative.

Once shipment has been handed over to the courier, logistics provider, or delivery representative, Luxury Souq Watches Trading shall not be responsible for courier delays, lost shipments, theft, customs seizures, transportation incidents, failed delivery attempts, destination-country restrictions, import complications, storage fees, or re-delivery costs.

5. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance may be provided subject to carrier availability, destination-country eligibility, declared value approval, insurer acceptance, and policy limitations. Insurance coverage, where applicable, shall remain subject to the terms, exclusions, limitations, and claim procedures of the applicable insurance provider or courier. Luxury Souq Watches Trading does not guarantee approval of any insurance claim submitted through third-party providers.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information, ensuring legal import eligibility, compliance with local laws, customs duties, VAT/taxes, import permits, regulatory approvals, destination-country restrictions, and receiving the shipment safely.

Any costs arising from refused deliveries, incorrect addresses, failed customs clearance, return shipments, storage charges, or abandoned shipments shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. International Shipments

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import delays, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, currency fluctuations, and destination-country compliance requirements. Luxury Souq Watches Trading shall not be responsible for customs-related delays, refusals, seizures, restrictions, or additional governmental charges. Customers acknowledge that import regulations vary by jurisdiction and remain solely responsible for compliance.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Any of the following may constitute valid delivery confirmation:

  • Courier tracking confirmation
  • Signed proof of delivery
  • Delivery photographs
  • GPS confirmation
  • WhatsApp or email acknowledgment
  • Confirmation from the recipient or authorised representative

Luxury Souq Watches Trading reserves the right to rely upon such confirmation as conclusive evidence of successful delivery.

9. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, undeliverable, or returned due to customer-related issues, the Company reserves the right to deduct shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, insurance costs, administrative expenses, handling charges, market losses, and payment processing fees. Any remaining balance, if applicable, shall be refunded solely at the discretion of Luxury Souq Watches Trading.

10. High-Risk Transactions

Luxury Souq Watches Trading reserves the right to delay shipments, request additional verification, require identity confirmation, refuse shipping, or cancel transactions for orders identified as high-risk, suspicious, fraudulent, non-compliant, sanction-sensitive, or chargeback-sensitive.

11. Force Majeure

Luxury Souq Watches Trading shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused directly or indirectly by acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, customs actions, natural disasters, cyber incidents, supplier failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Luxury Souq Watches Trading shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of profit, market fluctuation losses, shipping delays, customs actions, third-party courier incidents, insurance claim outcomes, or delivery-related disputes. In all circumstances, the Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant transaction.

13. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from this Shipping Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
